Adding class to 'Assets' in Data Management Module

In the Administration view I've created a new class (Application) which inherits from 'Asset'.  It's active with a set of attributes.

In the Data Management Module under Navigation Assets->Asset I've added a card entry for an 'Application'.  All appears well, but I'm wondering how to change the contents of the menus under 'Navigation'

How do I add this class to, say, 'Basic Archives'?

More significantly 'Application' doesn't appear under 'Assets->Asset', that is along with Media, Network Device, etc., but my card does appear in the overall list cards in 'Asset'

What have I missed to change these menus in the left-hand panel of the Data Management Module?

Sorry if this is such an obvious point.  Searched the handbooks, etc.  Tried restarting tomcat.  Other classes that I've added have worked ok, but can't spot the key problem with this one.

Thanks

In CMDBuild each new class automatically appears in the “Class List” menu.
The navigation menu instead allows you to build custom menus (with folders, classes, processes, reports, dashboards) differentiated, if needed, for each user group.
To do this you have to go in the Administration Module, function “Menu” and build your menu in the left box by creating new folders ("+" button) and inserting in them (with a simple drag and drop) the elements available in the right box.
