I have installed OpenMAINT 4 and connected Alfresco 25.1 as the DMS.
In Alfresco, I created a custom model and defined an additional string attribute. This attribute should be available in Alfresco as an aspect property and be populated from OpenMAINT.
Current problem:
The custom model is correctly deployed and active in Alfresco
The model is also created in OpenMAINT
Classification / Description are transferred correctly from OpenMAINT to Alfresco
The additional string attribute is not transferred; the corresponding aspect property remains null
I followed the official manuals and documentation carefully. From my point of view, the model and the mapping are correct, but it seems that OpenMAINT only synchronizes the standard fields.
Does anyone have experience with:
mapping custom model properties between OpenMAINT and Alfresco?
specific limitations related to string attributes?
or additional configuration steps (e.g. aspects, metadata mapping, or Alfresco-side configuration) that are easy to overlook?
Any hint or practical example would be greatly appreciated
