Can not disable the change password function.

openMAINT 1.1 is installed with demo data on Win 10 / Bebian 8 separately.  In UI configuration for Groups, 4 checked box of Utility are ticked to disable their functions. 

Save -> Clear cache -> logout -> login, the Utility - Change password is still available.

I have tried different users with different groups but the change password function does not disappear.

Anyone have the same issue?
