change management : workflow exception

Hi,

I'm using CMDBuild Ready2Use demo version (1.1) to verify if this product can be useful for my company.

I have successfully started a change management workflow instance with a software specialist user (CM01-Opening activity).

The next activity (CM02-Classification) is still owned by the software specialist user.

In the Activity tab, the proposed actions are:

A) Specialist analysis (the next role is Software specialist)

B) Escalation to specialists (the next role is missing)

C) Closure (the next role is Software specialist)

I get an exception with option (A)

Call: services/json/workflow/saveactivity
------------------------------------------
Error: org.cmdbuild.workflow.CMWorkflowException: org.enhydra.shark.api.internal.toolagent.ToolAgentGeneralException: Sourced file: eval stream : Typed variable declaration : Class: JSONArray not found in namespace

And I can't Advance with option (B) because next role is missing

Here the installed components: cmdbuild-2.4.3.zip, shark-cmdbuild-2.4.3.zip and READY2USE 1.1.zip

 

Do you have some advice?

Dear Max,

you need to add the json-java-20110113.jar library to your shark installation.
