Change to filter options

I'd like to request a change to how the filter mechanism works (or doesn't as I see other have issues as well). Adding multiple filter items seems to return no values. Can you please add an "AND" vs "OR" behavior when adding multiple attributes to the filter. 

 

I'd like to be able to filter on scenarios like 

Select "This" AND "That" 

or

Select "This" OR "That"
