I'd like to install CMDbuild 3.0. 

Where can I find CMDbuild 3.0 TEchnical Manual? 

In download page, there is a link to 2.5 Manual.

It seems it is only available in italian at the moment. I guess we will have to wait.

Where?
I can find only 2,5 technical manual here: http://www.cmdbuild.org/it/documentazione/manuali/technical-manual
How can I install CMDBuild 3.0 without a manual?

I'm following your article to install cmdbuild 3.0.
 
At this step:
sudo apt install oracle-java8-installer 
I've this error: 
Package 'oracle-java8-installer' has no installation candidate
