I have installed cmdbuild ready2use and the demo database.
How can I add a new country ? in the dropbox I only have Italy, United State and United Kingdom

You have to go to the Administration Module, then to the “Lookup types” menu and then you can operate on the “Country” lookup type.
For how to enter new entries, please refer to the Administrator Manual.
