Cmdbuild works with which version of Geoserver?

I installed latest version of Geoserver. But i can't see my uploaded shape files on the openstreet map. I think it's because of Geoserver. Should Cmdbuild works with every version? Could you help me please?

Dear John,

what procedure did you follow for uploading the shape files? 
What you have to do is uploading the shape files from the administration module of cmdbuild, then set the SRS to EPSG:3857 and of course configure the visibility of the layers on the classes from the Layers tab in the Classes section of the administration module.

Hi John,

 

For your reference, (GeoServer 2.11.0 is installed)

1. Open your shape file in QGIS (ArcGIS) and check the geolocation

2. Set the CRS to EPSG:3857, save as shape file

3. Zip (not 7-Zip) all shape files

4. Import the Zip (shape) file through CMDBuild (OpenMaint), the file name MUST as same as the layer name (its work for me).

5. Layer preview in GeoServer, if fail please return to step 1

6. follow the instruction which in the reply of CMDBuild Team.

 

The PostgreSQL must install with PostGIS and follow the instructions in technical manual to setup database and GeoServer.
