Dear CMDBuild Team,
I have openMAINT installed (latest version).
I would like to disable the attribute-insertion of a specific attribute during a user card-insertion via GUI.
In particular, I would like to enable the attribute "A" insertion under the condition that another attribute "B" of the same card has been checked (boolean type). If attribute "B" is false then I would like the attribute "A" to be disabled for insertion/modification.
Thank you in advance,
Dimitris
At this moment this is not possible.
You can achieve this only by using the workflow mechanism.

This will be great feature to implement.
Currently I have to create multiple subclass under one parent class to fulfill this requirement. This increasing the complexity of class structure.

Any news? Is this feature in roadmap?
I agree this is a very necessary feature. Without it the forms card are complex, because they can have fields completely unnecessary.

Otaci

We agree that this feature is very important.
We have included it in the new features to be implemented in CMDBuild 3.x.
