Hi, how we can connect CMDBuild to OTRS (Help Desk), to reference incidents with CMDB assets.

Hi Mario,
 
what you could do is:

a) use the Webservices API provided by CMDBuild to make a connector that you specifically write in OTRS (which is mostly Perl based so a sufficient knowledge in that would be required) or b) use the code from that Asset in the OTRS ticket so you could search for it easier. 
 
If you are allowed to, maybe a description of how you designed your CMDBuild setup would be of use here too.
