Connecting to DB gives the error SYST_ERROR

Hi.

Created the table with postgresql, under a Debian distro and was able to successfully test the database connection but when I click Configure it gives me the error:
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: cannot configure database, system status is = SYST_ERROR

Any ideias?

I was able to fix this error but now when I apply the patches it gives me the error “error processing patch”.
