Could not connect to postgresql during installation

Hi,

I am installing CMDBuild on Cnetos 7 and Postgresql. Postgresql is running and active. But during CMDBuild Installation , It doesn't recognize connection to it I get this error:

Database connection error, try to reset the connection parameters

Could you help me please?

I am installing cmdbuild in graphic mode and via another computer. but when I want to configure database in section :

Database connection (PostgreSQL 9.0-801)
I get that error. I use postgres user and I insert my server IP in host section. but it doesn't work.
Please help me.

Your documentation is poor. It does not say what to do if it goes wrong and is unhelpful.

I created the database, its accessible, I checked. Your software can’t connect to it for reasons unknown. I have spent hours troubleshooting this now and quite frankly i’m just going to go with ITOP because its less of a nightmare.

Not impressed. Responses like read the manual are unhelpful and show that you don’t care about your community/customer.
