DECIMAL with the Scale Zero

Dear team, 

Is there any reason not to allow zero in the DECIMAL scale? It is standard PostgreSQL value but it is not allowed in the Administration module. I can need to have for example a DECIMAL attribute with 20 digits and no decimal part. 

I have tested the behavior after manual change of the scale to zero directly by SQL DDL and it seems after clear cache and reload the page that everything is OK. Only the attribute cannot be edited by Administration module.  

So, IMHO, it can be a bug in the Administration module only.

It happen also in CMDBuild 3.1.1. Unfortunatelly, it can not fixed by manual change. It still make error in application.
