Default value for field / Default to group name

Hi all,

 
It seems there is no option to set a default value for fields. Also, I would like to get the group name of the currently logged in user, and enter it as default value. 
 
Can anyone help me out with this?

At the time CMDBuild does not have the option to set a default value for an attribute.

This is an extension already planned, but probably it will not be included in the next version 2.2 (first quarter of 2014).

You'll find this new feature later in version 2.3 (end of 2014), together with other features that will enhance the user interface.
