do not display a item in list which i've associated

i've create a domian associate ip and server.

and i've associated a ip to a server.

but i still can see this ip when i create a new card: "server"

how do i solve this problem?

i try to use cardinality 1:1 when i create this domain, but it can't be listed in reference list when i add a attribute
