Error: Workflow - Request for change

Dear Tecnoteca,

We have the following environment:

* CentOS 6.4 Final
* Apache Tomcat 6.0.24
* PostgreSQL 9.2.4
* JRE 1.6.0_45
* CMDBuild 2.1.0
* Shark CMDBuild 2.1.0
* Alfresco DMS 3.4.0 Community edition

We have completed setting up a demo environment using your demo schema which is already filled with a basic set of data.

However, upon testing the RFC (Request for change) functionality, we encounter a error blocking us from completing the workflow. After filling out the initial request we can advance to the next step. We then supply the 'category', 'formal evaluation' and 'priority' values. After clicking on advance to advance to the next step, we receive an error:

Call: services/json/workflow/saveactivity

Error: org.cmdbuild.workflow.CMWorkflowException: org.enhydra.shark.api.internal.toolagent.ToolAgentGeneralException: Sourced file: eval stream : Method Invocation cmdb.cardFrom

We have no clue on how to proceed as the error message is a bit too cryptic for us. The complete Apache Tomcat logging output can be found here: 'http://pastebin.com/Lb7Gcu00'.

We use seperate Apache Tomcat instances for Alfresco, CMDBuild and Shark, all seperated by using a different 'CATALINA_BASE' directory. The Shark Tomcat instance is running with the privileges of the user root'. The Alfresco and CMDBuild Tomcat instances are running with the privileges of the user 'tomcat'.

Could you please guide us in the right direction in order for us to solve this problem and completely finish the RFC workflow ? It would be much appreciated as we are currently testing CMDBuild in order to decide if it matches our current needs.

Thank you in advance.

Kind regards.
