The export function does not do anything, (the import works well) but when exporting, I indicate the template and it does nothing
Tomcat is well started and running. Do you know why that might be?
Attached screenshot where you can see that I have a template (I have tried with CSV, XLS, XLSX …) but nothing occurs
I have restarted the tomcat service, and the server itself
the CMDBuild version we have is 3.2.1 and tomcat 7
maybe we need a more recent tomcat version?

Hi again we have installed a new tomcat version (8.5) and now we can not create templates within the configuration page
we receive a java exception error : nullpointerexception missing required rest part = File
we have tried going back to the previous version of tomcat and the same error
happens

Hi,
cmdbuild 3.2.1 requires tomcat 9 (9.0.30 recommended). Could you test a clean installation with tomcat 9, and tell us if you still have problems?

Yes sorry for our mistake we have reinstalled the tomca version and now it works properly the export thanks for the quick answer
