Hello,
I'm interested by trying the GUI Framework but the technical manual doesn't say much about it except how to activate it.
Is there any sample XML file which could help me making a try ?
PS: By the way, is the source code hosted publicly ? I've pushed a french translation for it by mail and it would be easier to maintain it this way ...
Thanks
The GUI Framework can be downloaded from the CMDBuild download page:
http://www.cmdbuild.org/en/download/ultima-versione
or directly from the sourceforge repository:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/cmdbuild/files/2.3.0/cmdbuild-gui-framework-0.7.0.zip/download
We currently have no documentation or examples to be published on the net.

Ok, I undertand there is no public source code repo for the GUI framework. But I’ve seen in your last webinar, some GUI samples. It would be nice having one of them included in the next gui framework release as example for helping starting. In my opinion, it could help a lot to make CMDBuild adopted in organization.
..
The entire project is on the address that we gave you:
The Framework is entirely written in Javascript and you can find there the standard components.

PLEASE - Some basic instructions. What do I do with the framework zip after I download it? Presumably I unzip it and put the files somewhere, but where?

Hi
did you find any example or did you make any advancement on it since 2015...
Thank you
The GUI Framework can be downloaded from the CMDBuild website download page:
Unfortunately
we do not have examples of pages written with the CMDBuild GUI Framework
that can be published on the site (we only have implementations for
customers).
In
the CMDBuild 3.0 version the GUI Framework will continue to be used to
create external web pages linked via REST to CMDBuild, while it will be
replaced by the direct use of ExtJS to create custom pages inside the
CMDBuild GUI.
