How to add drop box and text box?

Dear CMDBuild Team:

I created a workflow and put it into the cmdbuild, now I want it to have the user operation components similar to the drop-down box and text box, as in the example of requestforchange, a drop-down box and text box for operation in the Open Workflow after Helpdesk, how should I do?

Thanks for your answer.

Hi Frieda,

Have you create workflow using TWE and upload the xpdl file to CMDBuild? You can refer to cmdbuild workflow documentation.

Herru

Hi,

Have you following step by step from workflow manual? Do you create workflow using provided template? Have you define extended attribute on your form?

You can find example from provided workflow. You can download it and open it on TWE.

Hi Herru,

Are you saying that RequestForChange is a template? I thought it was an example, then I created a XPDL file in TWE, it is to imitate the example to do, it is relatively simple, only to initiate leave application, examination and approval and view the results of leave. Its TWE structure in the annex, I added a process in the administration module in cmdbuild, and then import the XPDL file, and finally in the management module Data to open it.
Have I made any mistakes in these steps? Or what do I forget?

Frieda

Hi Frieda,

CMDBuild provide a template for every process created. This template already including process attribute and CMDBUild group, so you don't have to add attribute manually in TWE. You can download the template from your process menu in CMDBuild Administration (choose version: template).

Herru

Hi Herru,

I downloaded the template from RequestForChange process and tried to open it with TWE, but there was an error: Can't open XPDL - check it for some major errors! Then I created a new process, and I downloaded the template from the new process, but still have the same error.

Hi,

What is the TWE version? Try version 4.4.1 or 4.8.1.
