Use the Utility > Export / Import tools.
The best way to do this is to do the export of the class you wish to import to, this gives you a csv file with the correct headers. Now delete the data already there and replace it with your new data. 1 Card per Row, then save and import the data.

I only add that there is a difference in the Reference attributes management.
While “export” function extracts the “Description” field of the linked card (more significant), “import” function expected that the CSV file contains the “Code” field of the linked card (easier to make unique).
