Inactive/grayed out Bim server in openmaint/cmdbuild

Hi team;

I got an installation of tomcat running below webapps. Applications running fine on 

Localhost:****/cmdbuild , /openmaint, /geoserver and /bimserver respectively.

When logged in on cmdbuild interface

I'm having challenges linking up the openmaint and cmdbuild to BIM server and georserver. The tab on the left pane shows these as grayed out or inactive. What have I missed to activate this option?

Maybe you have to install PostGIS 1.5.2 or 2.0, as you see on System Requirements at the download page.
