Incident Form Next Role No Options

I’ve begun testing Ready2Use and am having an issue with beginning execution of a new incident. There is a filed called Next Role that is mandatory but contains no options in the dropdown. I’ve made it inactive in the IT Process but the issue remain. How can I populate this dropdown or completely remove it from the form.

the “Next Role” dropdown list is automatically populated based on what you choose for “Category” and “Subcategory” fields, and accoring to the content of the “Classification rules” table (Service desk → Classification configs"). But before you need to fill in the “Categories” and "Subcategories"tables and eventually create new Roles (i.e. Groups from the admin interface) to assign to each entry in “Classification rules”.
