Hello, I want to ask if it is possible to link or integrate CMDBuild/Openmaint with an existing ERP, accounting or management systems, so they share information, e.g budget, invoices, purchase requests and other economic module information in Openmanint, maybe via web services ?

Yes, you can create a connector between CMDBuild / openMAINT and your ERP using the webservices SOAP and REST.
Normally for this type of operation we use our framework CMDBuild Advanced Connector (see CMDBuild Connectros Manual), but you can write your own custom connector according to your needs.
