Due to my company very high rate of personnel changes, users and groups grow bigger and bigger.
I have looked into forum and manual, i can't find any safe way to physically delete users and groups, so forget about delete things.
I just want to know is there any way to hide the unused users and groups, make them not showing in the list?
just like a trash bin where i can put users and groups into a place, so that i can keep my active list clean and tidy,
and i tried disable some users, but i can still find it in group's Available user and add that user to a group? is this a logic error? why i can still do something with a disabled user?
I am confuse.......
let say if i have few hundred users in list, only 20 is active, most of the records are typing error, wrong users and already left company. When i have a new staff coming in, and i have to look at that long long list all the way down to find a user, i feel so silly to do all this effort just only for adding a user to a group.
I would like to know any way can do this easily, can make the list clean and tidy.
