lookup duplicated values

Hi,

In Admin console I can add duplicated lookup values (with same code and description).

In my opinion this is incorrect. 

Is is fixed this problem in current release? 

I'm using 2.3.4.

No, it is not fixed.

 
I have just tried it on online demo (2.4.3).
