Navigation trees use

Hi all, 

could someone explain me how to use navigation trees ?

I read and I read again the administrator manual, but I don't understand how the navigation trees work, and especially for what they are useful.

I think that I miss something important for the CMDBuild use.

 

I hope someone could help me on this.

The navigation tree can be used to define the hierarchy of the objects in the GIS and, above all, to define filters in the relations graph.
