I have a question , is there a possibility to create an email notification that will notify about the warranty end etc.. I'm using version 2.0.0 , but of course i will upgrade to the latest .

Yes, using the CMDBuild SOAP webservice you can write (and then schedule the cron system) a small external application that everyday analyzes the CMDB data and sends a notification email or start a workflow to manage the expiry dates (warranty end, scheduled maintenance, etc).
