Nice product, i´m new to it and loving it, it solving many
of my problems.
We use Cmdbuild ver. 2.2 with Alfresco ver. 3.4.0 (e3419)
for Assetmanagment and Inventory tasks.
Is it possible to associate one attachment (eg:
invoice or delivery note) to multiple cards (notebooks, LCDs or PCs)?
Unfortunately, I can only select one card and upload
the document. So when I associate 100 Notebooks with one attachment like
an invoice so I must upload this invoice 100 times? I think i´m wrong….:)

You can not associate one attachment to multiple cards.
But you can:
- create a class "
AccountingDocument"
- create a relationship between "AccountingDocument" and the superclass "ConfigurationItem" from where the classes "Notebooks", "LCD" or "PC" will inherit
- attach the delivery note document to the corresponding card int the class Accounting Document
So you just need to upload one document only.

I am not sure how this workaround works. I set up the classes as your mentioned but there is no way you can attach the document to the class instead of card.
Can you please explain it clearly
