Openamaint 2.4.3 - Speed up login time

Hello,

After login, the system takes more than one minute to start, is it a normal delay? Can I do something to reduce this time?

 Best regards.

Sometimes, after login, it never starts, I get the error "ext-all.js: 21 - Uncaught TypeError: Can not read property 'filter' of null". I resolve this restarting the tomcat and postgresql, but lately it's happening very often.

On the other hand, if I login as "SuperUser" the delay is more than two minutes.

I think these problems are related.

Best regards.

Hello,
which version are you using? What do you see in the Network panel of the Browser Developer Tools? Do you see a call stuck waiting for a response from the server?

Best regards

Hi Matias,
are you using a proxy such as Apache?
You could try to upgrade to 2.5.1 version, which contains optimizations of the loading time of the user interface.

Kind regards

Hello,
I am not using  a proxy.
I have tried to upgrade to 2.5.1 and I have had several issues of compatibility with the database. But I will try again.

Best regards.
