We installed the latest version of Openmaint. But some warehousing details are very confusing:
1. when I create a new spare part card there are several fields on warehousing tab, first at all : quantity on hand.
Even I make a purchase request with warehouse movement, registering delivery note and invoice wit rows, that quantity remains the same. I can see the real quantity only in reports.
2. making a new maintenance request > workorder > accepting it by Team> : cannot add spare parts to that workorder, just to link it, which I think mens: can be used. How can I add lets say 3 piece of"xyz" spare part to a given workorder? on the right side appears only "View reuired spare parts", opening it, I can see a list of the linked spare partst, butI cannot select one from them, bot to specify the used quantity.
Any help would be very appreciated,
