openNote Widget doesn't work if E-mail Tab is disabled in UI configuration

Hi,

 

If the E-Mail Tab is disabled in the UI configuration for groups, the Notes can't be activated in workflows.

I think it's since version 2.4.2.

Can we fix this manually?

We've fixed this bug, you can find the fix as attachment.
