I defined two Open Maint classes, a standard one and a “Process” type one.
These classes are connected by a domain (reference).
Is it possible to pass any parameter by the “Process” class to the standard class?
The problem is that in the Process the users set up some values in the fields that should automatically “appear” in the standard class.
How can I do?

During the advancement of a workflow you can make the system perform all the automatisms you need, even modifying some data in the database.
To do this you need to prepare an XPDL file with the TWE workflow editor to implement the interactive steps and workflow automatisms based on your specifications, and import it from the Administration Module into the Workflow class you configured.

You can go to the CMDBuild Ready2Use Administration Module and download the XPDL file of one of the processes included in the application.
Is the previous (2.5) workflow manual still valid ?
The previous manual remains valid (except for the “grid” widget which has not been re-implemented because already in version 2 it had been replaced by the “custoForm” widget).
The updated Workflow Manual will be available again for CMDBuild 3.2.
