Hi, could you please guide us on how to reset password when we forget it. When we click on ’ I forgot my Password, it requires an email associated with that user and when entered the correct email, there appears a pop info that - we have sent you an email with instruction to recover password. But no such recovery email appears in inbox.
When we observed the email que in Admin module, there was a password recovery email item with no FROM address in the que. Image is attached for your reference. We have already configured a default email ID for all templates. Why is our default email id is not a sender here. Is there any other email configuration that needs to be done. Kindly help. Thanks
