Good day,

We successfully deployed CMDBuild Ready2Use. Recorded clients assets on the system, designed reports for the client. We did not access the system for over a week, when I last tried to access it, it is resolving to the Patches update page. Once you press Apply Patches button it takes over 20 minutes before popping up an error message.

Kindly assist in this matter. Need to add additional item for the client. Don’t want to reinstall application.

hi,

looks like the patch manager fail to load/identify applied patches on your db. We’ll need to know:

  • which version of cmdbuild are you using;
  • if you can, attach logs (cmdbuild.log, catalina.out);
  • also you should check if a _Patch or Patch table exists on your db (and verify that cmdbuild is in fact accessing the right database);
