Can we use expression for assigning the performer in the 'no implementation' workflow activities? If so can you please help with APIs and examples for using it.

Can you explain what do you want to make and why?
"No implementation" activities are run by system immediately after "Advance" of the previous "User" activity or after finishing of the previous "No implementation" activity. The next "User" activity has to have specified the performer and it is done by the lane in the graph or by an expression.
