I am trying to create a work order, but when I am about to assign a team, the list of teams is empty. The control in the work order card allows to create new teams, and even though I am able to create a new team (I am sure of this because I am able to see the new team in the "teams" class), the teams don't show in the list, so I am unable to assign the work order to anyone. Can you help me? Thank you.
No errors appear during this operation. I am using the latest version of openmaint, and I am sure shark is working properly.

Hi,
I'm not sure whether you've managed to resolve this issue by yourself, since this topic was posted about 2 months back, but I can share how I solved this problem. Notice that in this form Service Category, Service, and Teams are all mandatory fields. You must link your newly created team to the corresponding Service and/or Service Category, in order for openMAINT to display the team as a relevant Team. This is done in the Relations tab either in the Teams card or in the Services/Service Category card (both are possible).
Basically openMAINT will use the Service input to determine which Teams to display on the list. So in short, make sure your services and teams are related.
