Problem in adding attachment to a work order

Hello!

 I tried to add an attachment to a new work order but found the "add attachment" button was disabled.

Is there any approach that can add an attachment to a work order or a solution I can start the "add attachment" function for a work order?

You mean the widget right on the card, or the TAB Attachments at the top ?
One reason may be that Alfresco is not enabled, the TAB Attachments works in a generic data card ?

Hello!

 

I have the same problem: the "add attachment" button is disabled in CM workflow's activities.

It is enabled in a generic data card and IM

workflow's activities.

 

Is it a configuration problem?
