Hi,
I have exported 6 cards from one of my classes, added in some data in one of the columns which did not have data present.
When I attempt to import the updated csv file, I get a warning stating no cards to update.
Now one of the parts of CMDBuild I don't use is the 'Code' attribute, this is because i've created a unique identifier throughout the database which automatically assigns codes to their records.
Could someone advise why I'm getting this warning despite me carrying out changes to exported data and attempting to reimport? I have not modified any column headers and there are no extra columns without headers in the CSV file.
I'm running CMDBuild 2.0 on CentOS. I recieve the same 'Warning' message on either IE or Chrome. cmdbuild.log shows it's calling the javascripts to carry out the action, however there's no feedback to the database.
Thanks,
Jamie
Hi,
It turns out I was trying to update cards already in the database as opposed to importing these cards. I realise this is not the functionality of the import tool.
Therefore could this please be closed?
Thanks,
Jamie
