Is-it possible to integrate cmdbuild with third-party applications (eg. some script erases erases or adds CIs with the attributes and relationships) via api?

if you can use the CMDBuild soap webservice, you can find some information in the Webservice Manual.I'm sorry, at the moment the manual is available only in Italian.
We will release the English version at the beginning of next year with the new version CMDBuild 2.1
