Question about the workflow

I built a workflow in CMDB. What I expected is only the superior leaders can operate on it. But the other user in the group also can operate on it and the same role can complete all the process.

For example, the request for the change.

How can I improve it?

In CMDBuild the workflow permissions are assignable only to groups (see the CMDBuild Workflow Manual).

To get the behavior that you need you you have to configure in the workflow different lanes for different group, and put your activities in the right lane

Is the group only the type of admin or it can be the normal type???

You can use any group defined in CMDBuild (Administrator Manual p. 61).

As you suggest, I only found the content about dashboards and reports but I can't find the workflow.

Now I only konw that the administrator and the limited administrator can use the workflow and the normal user can't use it .

How can I solve it ?

Here (page 61) you can read how to create user groups:

http://www.cmdbuild.org/file/manuali/administrator-manual-in-english

Then you have to configure configure in the workflow a lane for each available user group to which you want to assign different tasks to be performed (Workflow Manual, page 24 and following).
