Ready2Use Reports

We recently installed CMDBuild Ready2use which is working perfect. It is a brilliant Application to have in your IT Infrustructure.

However, we are facing a little challenge with the Reports, with the deployment we only see one report which is the Location with List of Assets report. As per my perusal Ready2use comes by default with the following reports.

Reports.

  • Workplaces inventory
  • Incident Management open processes
  • Incident Management average closing time
  • Incident Management timetable
  • Incident Management distribution for time slots
  • Request Fulfilment open processes
  • Request Fulfilment average closing time
  • Request Fulfilment timetable
  • Request Fulfilment distribution for time slots
  • Locations with assets
  • MTBF - Mean time between failures
  • Racks layout
  • Asset Management processes list
  • Asset Management barcode print
  • Barcode print
  • Active tickets in a specified date
  • Active tickets in a specified date interval
  • AD Connector - summary
  • LLDP Connector - Summary
  • OCS Connector - summary
  • VMware Connector - summary
  • AWS Connector - summary

Kindly advise accordingly.

I confirm that CMDBuild Ready2Use includes all the reports you have indicated.
Some are available in the various submenus of the application, others are performed automatically by workflows and connectors.
Perhaps the user you logged in does not have permission to view them.
If you log in as administrator you should see them. You can also try to go to the Administration Module, Menu Report and you’ll find them all.

We downloaded CMDBuild Ready2use from this below link but seems not to be having all the reports. Only List of Asset report.

Hi, Thanks a mil on the Feedback. Is it possible the demo DB deployed does not include all reports. I just started working on the demo DB changing the Company Name etc.
