reference field (1:N cardinality) doesn't show value when a card is added

Hi Tecnoteca Team;

 

                   I'm working with  CMDBuld 2.4.1 Administration module.  In a standar class (Employe), I added boss field, (setting show the list grid managmen), and wich is a REFERENCE field (1:N) to the same class (Employee). until here, everything is ok.

In the management module, when i Add a new card neither have problem to select the boss employee, but in the grid managment i see the field columm, but not the value previously selected. Is it normal behavior?.

but nevertheless, when i click in the graphic relationship of the card it's appeared . 

I would like to know if is it normal behavior?.
