1) when I open Relations Graph I see italian localization. (when choisen language English)
2) and attributes which have reference or lookup displayed link of reference or lookup instead value.
how can I correct it?
The relationship graph module will be completely rewritten in the second half of this year (after the release of version 2.2).
The new version will properly handle localizations.
