Remove old entries from "_Request" and "_EventsLog" tables

Hi,
I set up a demo installation of the CMDBuild 3.2 - openMAINT 2.0 distribution, to test its functionalities.

After several days of usage, I noticed that the “_Request” and “_EventsLog” tables are becoming huge.
Is it possible to configure a time limit for data retention, or should I implement a procedure to delete older records (e.g. older than one week)?

@tecnoteca if I understand correctly, records in those tables are kept forever due to audit trail reasons?
My question is: is it safe to clean-up those tables or it can cause some internal data inconsistency?
