Good mornig, I would reset the number of "Download XML Template" from my CMDBuild application (version 2.1.4) but I haven't found nothing to do it in every Cmdbuild manual.

You should start from an empty Shark database and perform manual activities, but this is difficult operation to explain and to make
There is however no need to do so because, especially if you use Shark 4, there are no limits to the number of uploads and downloads
