Sample RequestForChange workflow in cmdbuild 2.3.1 inserts record but with blank fields

I test in both in local environment and at demo.cmdbuild.org with sample database and RequestForChange.xpdl uploaded. After starting a new activity, the inserted record under the RequestForChange process has the fields as blank.
