send notification on particular date

hi,

I'm using openmaint, can I send email notification or any kind of notification on specific date ?

for example, anytime the rental office enter new rental contract and specifying the expire date for the contract, a notification will be sent to the customer and the helpdesk when the contract expire.

Yes this is possible by using the Task Manager inside the application.
