I should start by saying I am using openMAINT not CMDBuild but I could not find an openMAINT forum. Anyway I have 2 tables one is accounts the other is work orders and they have a relationship setup as a domain. When I open a new Work Order Card I have a drop down for the Account Reference but it displays the description from that table and I want it to display the account number. How can I change the display field in the domain from description to account number?

At this time it is not possible to display a field other than “Description”.

solution in these cases may be to use Description as a hidden attribute
in which to chain all the useful information to recognize a data card,
and use another attribute Description2 to store only the description of
the card.
In the wishlist for the 3.0 version, on which we are working, there is also this improvement.
