Sharepoint Integration

I know there is Alfresco integration, is it possible to integrate with Microsoft Sharepoint? Or is it possible to develop a custom plugin to support this functionality?

At the moment CMDBuild includes only the Alfresco integration.

But it is also possible to develop a further plugin for integration with Microsoft Sharepoint, probably by evaluing in the first place the use of CMIS protocol.

In these cases we usually ask an economical contribution covering the efforts of the new development.

The developed functionalities are then introduced in the CMDBuild standard release and put at disposal of all (a lot of CMDBuild current functionalities were born in this way).

To evaluate the necessary development effort we need receiving a functional specification document.

Hi Tecnoteca's guys,

Have you already developed a plugin for integrating CMDBuild with Sharepoint, for document management (for instance, for attaching documents to cards in CMDBuild)?

Or is it still to be developed?

I haven't found any documentation on that yet.

Thanks!

CMDBuild uses as an embedded document archive (files are loaded from the CMDBuild GUI and displayed on the CMDBuild GUI) any DMS system that is compatible with the CMIS protocol.

The suggested solution, configured as default, is Alfresco, but if Sharepoint has a standard CMIS interface it can be used instead of Alfresco.
