Does anyone know how to display signatures for the customer field in Preventive Maintenance? I’ve tried uploading employee, supplier, and customer signatures but it didn’t work, while CM displays both the performer’s and customer’s signatures.
Thank you for your question. That field in the report is designed to display the signature of the person requesting the maintenance. However, in the case of preventive maintenance, there is no concept of a requester, which is why the field appears empty.
